I want to thank Scott Langa and all the staff at
Langa Air for giving me the best opportunity of my life. I have
always wanted to make flying my career and langa Air provided me
the best opportunity to accomplish my goals. There are a lot of
flight schools out there but I have yet to find one even close to
the family like atmosphere that Langa Air has. Not only did I really
enjoy learning to fly from the professional staff of instructors,
but they have become my very good friends. Now that I have moved
on to the airlines, I will always cherish the great memories and
friends I found at Langa Air. Thanks again for making flight school
not only a step along the way, but a memorable life experience.

I wanted to shoot you a note and tell
you how pleased I am with my training that I recently completed
there. I searched long and hard on the internet and came across
your site. The website looked professional and on initial contact
with Dave Melzer, I was impressed. Chris Will gave me straight forward
information on how to achieve my ambitious goals - CFI-CFII-MEI
in one month. He cautioned me that it would be a huge challenge,
but can be done if I showed up prepared.
I arrived on 17 May prepared with
all three tests done. Chris and I started ground training on 18
May. Chris is a fantastic Chief Flight Instructor. He followed through
on everything we discussed on the phone, gave me the appropriate
priority on the schedule to get done on time. He even sought out
the FAA examiner for my two rides to save me some money. (The MEI
didn't happen due to my lack of multi-PIC time, through no fault
of your school.)
Your planes are in great shape and
your instructors are top-notch. I wanted to single out a few of
your "most outstanding" instructors: Chris Will, Jeff
Whitfield and Eric Mucha. These three provided the core of my instruction
and are knowledgeable, dedicated professionals. Tanya kept the front
desk running smooth and is very helpful and dedicated as well. The
briefing rooms have some outstanding visual aids and cockpit posters.
The scheduling system works well and is efficient. You should be
proud.

recommendation.

Scott - I'm back in the office
today drinking coffee out of my Langa Air coffee mug and wanted
to take a moment to thank you again for a wonderful flight training
experience. It was quite a challenge and if it were not for Bill,
I may have given up. Please pass along to him and Don Koch my sincere
thanks for their working with me over the holiday weekend. The following
is a brief testimony of my experience.
"From the moment I contacted Langa, it was clear to me that my goal
was their #1 priority. I had about 60 hours of training, needed
to be prepped for the private pilot practical exam and found that
the only time I could come up and do it was during the Thanksgiving
holiday. My instructor, Bill Bumgardner sacrificed his entire Thanksgiving
week (yes, even Thanksgiving day!) to prepare me for my check ride.
He held me to the highest standard and wouldn't let me give up even
though I got discouraged a couple of times. Scott helped out from
the start on housing and financing details, and stayed in touch
to make sure everything was going smoothly. The equipment is of
the highest caliber, and the facilities are state of the art. Bottom

Since the day I called Langa I have
been impressed with their friendly professional service. I have
flown at several flight schools but there are few schools where
a qualified FBO and friendly service compliment one another. At
Langa, enough aircraft and instructors assure a diligent student
can schedule one or more flight lessons daily; new Cessna aircraft
with GPS capability are affordable and maintained by Langa mechanics.
Financing is available to pay for all ratings plus living expenses
and weather is often good, but still exists. Langa is more than
a business it is a family. Their professionalism is top notch. I
believe friendly service distinguishes one business from another
and this is the reason why I moved nine hundred miles to train with
Langa Aviation.
